  • What is an RCFE?

    A Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) is a home for elderly residents that require assistance in day to day activities. While they do provide care, an RCFE is not a medical facility.

  • Who can live in an RCFE?

    Residents are typically those over 60 years old who need assistance with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, taking medications, memory care, or personal hygiene. Not sure if your loved one is a good fit? Contact us!

  • Who makes up the staff?

    Emerald Estate is owned and operated by Kimi Costar, a registered nurse (RN). The day to day staff consists of caregivers, who are present 24/7.

  • How much does it cost?

  • Can you care for residents if they...?

    We care for a variety of residents with a variety of needs. We welcome you to contact us about any specific concerns you may have. With our experienced staff, we are confident that your loved one will be in good hands whatever their needs may be.

  • Can I take a tour?

    Of course! We want you to be confident in your decision to choose Emerald Estate. While we can provide information and pictures online, nothing compares to a tour and talking to our staff. Contact us to schedule a walk through.
